Thank you for your interest in applying for our market. Please complete the application below. Acceptances are not based on first come, first serve; we do try to prevent category overlap. Our goal is to curate a market that our shoppers will find a unique range of products and services. 

I understand the fee to participate in this market is $175+HST for a 10x8 booth, and it is non-refundable.
I understand as the vendor, I am responsible for providing my own table, floorlength tablecloth, decor, etc. needed for my display. I am responsible for set-up + take down of my booth.
I understand Little Hearts Markets discloses all food sale vendors to the Public Health Department prior to each event.
Do you require an electrical outlet for $65+HST?
I understand Little Hearts Markets is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods. I understand I must abide by the set-up instructions which are sent out 1 week prior to the event.
I understand if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather or due to unforeseen circumstances, the vendor fee will roll over as a credit, as it is non-refundable.
I understand I have the option to pay a 30% non-refundable desposit within 48 hours of approval to secure my spot. Remaining balance is due September 1st.
I understand the deposit option is 100% non-refundable. If for any reason you are unable to attend the market, the deposit will not be offerered as a credit.
Would you like to contribute an item for our Make A Wish Foundation fundraising raffle? 100% of the ticket proceeds are being donated.
I understand it is a collective effort to promote and advertise this event, and it is the responsibility of all participants to do their part.

*OPTIONAL* Would you like to have your logo on our event banner at the entrance of the event for $35+HST?
